The Cousik x Shuffle Leaderboard features a bi-weekly prize pool of $5,000, distributed among the top 10 qualifying players by leaderboard points. Prize distribution is as follows:

• 5th Place: $125
• 6th Place: $50
• 7th Place: $30
• 8th Place: $20

• 10th Place: $10

Leaderboard points are calculated from eligible wager volume during the selected period: points = eligible wager x5. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole point, so $100k wagered equals 500.000 points.

Participation requires using the referral code "COUSIK" on Shuffle.com. Cousik.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the leaderboard and prize pool at any time without prior notice.

Wager abuse will not be tolerated. Any form of wager manipulation — including but not limited to low-risk or no-risk betting strategies, abuse of bonuses or promotions, collusion, multi-accounting, exploiting game mechanics, or artificially inflating wager volume to gain leaderboard points — will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize. In short, wager abuse equals no payment. Cousik.com reserves the sole right to review wagering activity and withhold or revoke any reward at its discretion.

Cousik.com reserves a period of up to 30 days from the prize date to complete any verification or review checks before a prize is paid out. Furthermore, if any threats of any kind are made against Cousik.com, its team, or the platform (Shuffle.com), the prize will be removed and forfeited regardless of leaderboard position.

All prizes of any kind are paid out directly by Cousik.com. Shuffle.com is solely the promoted platform and bears no correlation with, or responsibility for, the legal obligations or the payment of any prizes. All legal liability and payment responsibility for the leaderboard prizes rests exclusively with Cousik.com.

Shuffle.com is exclusively a third-party platform promoted by Cousik.com and holds no contractual, legal, fiduciary, or financial obligation toward Users in connection with the leaderboard, its prizes, or their settlement. No legal or payment liability of any nature attaches to Shuffle.com under these Terms.

13.2 Eligibility, KYC & AML Compliance

Participation in any promotion, leaderboard, or prize event is conditional upon full compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) obligations. As a condition precedent to the release of any prize, Cousik.com may require you to: (a) verify your identity, age, and place of residence by providing valid government-issued documentation; (b) confirm lawful ownership of the wagering account associated with the referral code "COUSIK"; and (c) provide any further information reasonably required to satisfy regulatory or due-diligence checks.
