The data controller is COUSIK (Gabriele Calafiura). You can contact us about privacy at business@cousik.com.
02Data we collect
We only collect what we need to run the website and COUSIK Rewards:
- Kick profile data, when you sign in with Kick: your Kick user ID, username and profile picture.
- Rewards data: your points balance, points history, tier and redemption history.
- Kick activity on our channel: chat activity, follows, subscriptions, gifts and Kicks sent to the COUSIK channel, used only to calculate your points.
- Shipping details, only when you redeem a reward: full name, email, phone number and postal address.
- Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in and basic server logs (such as IP address and request time) used for security and to prevent abuse.
03Why we use your data
We do not use your data for advertising profiling and we never sell your personal data.
- To create and manage your COUSIK Rewards account and calculate your points (performance of a contract).
- To review, ship and track the rewards you redeem (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud, spam and multiple accounts and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest).
- To reply when you contact us (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations, when applicable (legal obligation).
04Who we share data with
We only share data when it is needed to provide the service:
- Couriers and suppliers, to deliver the rewards you redeem (shipping details only).
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
- Kick, as the provider of the login and of the channel events we use to calculate points.
05Third-party websites and embeds
When you click a link to a partner casino, you leave our website and the casino's own privacy policy applies. The embedded Kick player and the Pragmatic Play demo games are provided by those companies and may process data according to their own policies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
06How long we keep data
- Account and points data: as long as your account is active, and up to 12 months after your last activity.
- Shipping details: for the time needed to deliver the reward and handle any issue, then up to 24 months for our records.
- Server logs: up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate abuse.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing and receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to business@cousik.com. We reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
08Minors
The website is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find out that a minor has created an account, we delete it.
09Security
We protect your data with secure sessions, encrypted connections and limited access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to keep your information safe.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
